Online coaching is a way for you to hire Dennis Tarpley aka “D Tarp” to help keep you on track with your fitness and health goals, as well as, workout when your schedule allows.
Online coaching includes a workout program, custom diet plan, along with weekly check-ins. Clients will have direct contact with Dennis Tarpley through email, text, and phone calls. Business hours are 6am-9pm. If you reach out to Dennis outside of business hours and it isn’t an emergency you are subject to receive a reply the next business day. Clients are required to check-in weekly on Thursday or Friday. These check-ins require you to send progress pics along with your weight to help set up/update your diet and workout program. This is a great program for anyone who’s looking to lose or gain weight. Your workout program can be set up for home or gym training.
*Diets are set up based on your body type and calorie needs for your fitness and health goals. They include meats, carbs, veggies, and protein shakes(optional). Diets are not vegan or vegetarian friendly.
